yup that's the quickest way other than throwing it on the floor of
breaking your RaQ550, I know this isn't much help now but if you want
and really really need the latest php then you need to do a separate
install and reference that in your scripts - if you as you have install
it over the Cobalt one and don't get the parameters exactly right it
will break Sausalito which drives the whole UI and RaQ.

I hope this is not a production box as the best way to repair this
quickly is probably to do an OS restore and start again.
