Actually what we do when we set up a new account is create the admin account
then do a usermod -d (new direcotry) and that will change the default
directory for that user. You must be root to do it and the path has to be
correct.

publish tot eh directory they are thrown into which is their user dir. I
would also love a way to make any administrator account for a domain default
