I never did get a reply back from Bruce Timberlake, I did try using a
restore CD that had sfdisk build 990908 or later was OK...
I did a RaQ3i / OS RaQ4i and a 60GB drive but ended up with;

Disk /dev/hda: 16 heads, 63 sectors, 116301 cylinders
Units = cylinders of 1008 * 512 bytes

Looks like about 23GB!

I sure would like to resolve this issue, adrives < 40GB are getting hard
to get.
