This means that the Tomcat program crashed or died due to a memory
violation or leak. This normally happens when invalid data is assigned
to a variable, or when a variable is used without it being initialized.
Over-writing an executable (i.e. the physical program file) while it
was running will also cause this to happen (typically when you
compile a program and copy the new executable to the bin directory).
