What is making you think this? Messages on the LCD? Other symptoms?

Be sure you are using the correct OSRCD (Professional model for 2 drive
Qube, Business for 1 drive Qube).
The newest OSRCDs for Qube 3+ can take upwards of 1-1.5 hours to properly
install; possibly longer if you have a slow CD drive in your laptop and/or
your traffic is restricted to 10Mb/sec instead of 100Mb/sec.
If you have another laptop or PC, you can connect a null modem cable to the
serial port on the Qube and run a terminal emulator at 115200-N81 to see
what's happening, etc. Note that the serial port does get disabled at some
point during the Qube's final configuration process, but you should be able
to see the whole install with no issues.
