In Australia we have to charge for inbound only, our solution ain't that
pretty but it's what we have at the moment...until we can afford a
dedicated box to monitor traffic.

We run MRTG and some PHP scripting to do inbound and outbound traffic.
The only problem is we have only been able to get it to read
incoming/outgoing Mb per IP address, NOT per virtual. If anyone has a
way to do it per virtual I'd love to hear it.
