You're welcome.

Michael and I both think the packages are complementary.  I'd install
the Cobalt package; you probably won't be able to avoid it in the future
anyway; you'll probably need it to install future packages, since it's
got a complete rebuild of the gui in it.

Michael (in his correspondence to clients) and I (in my whitepaper) have
both laid out the issues involved, and we can both install it for people
who'd rather not install it themselves.

We can certainly avoid any issues that arise; they've all been
documented by now, and Michael can as well.
