You will probably get some people complaining that you should be asking 
this in the users list and not the developers list, but here goes.

Nothing.  When you add your first site, it becomes the default.

try accessing the admin via http://www.wa-eindhoven.nl:81/.cobalt/sysManage/

or try http://212.61.53.94:81/.cobalt/sysManage/

or if you are trying to reach the siteadmin for the virtual site try
http://www.wa-eindhoven.nl/siteadmin/

Did you add an email alias of mail.wa-eindhoven.nl?
