[cobalt-developers] Automatically generated content for new site

Hi all,
I have a query.
When I was using the Cobalt pkg for Tomcat it automatically generated the 
WEB-INF and related files and directories for virtual hosts.
I recently upgraded to Tomcat 4 (thanks to the help of this list's members) 
and was wondering how I could automatically generate these directories and 
files when I create a new site. ( I know that I'll have to add the virtual 
site to the server.xml manually)
Any ideas or pointers would be appreciated.
