The product will be stand alone.  It will simply add the .wav files to an
email and send them to the user.  They could be sent anywhere that an email
with an attachemnt will go.  .mp3 will be prefered because they are a lot
smaller.

Users that do not have any email can retrieve the messages from the phone.
