Dear Elmar,
You need to have an old PC and boot from the OS restore CDROM. You also need a
cross cable or switch to connect to the Cobalt.
After the PC boots Linux and you agree to the license terms, just follow the
instructions that are displayed. It's very easy.
The problem is that newer PC components are sometimes not recognized. This
problem really needs to be addressed
