Hello Lim,

Telnet or ssh to your machine and become root.

cd /var/spool/mail
ls -l

If this does not show you a listing like this: (ofcourse you would have more
listings with different names and numbers):

[root mail]# ls -l
total 11
lrwxrwxrwx   1 SITE2    site2          40 Jun 28 23:14 SITE2 ->
/home/sites/site2/../../spool/mail/SITE2
lrwxrwxrwx   1 SITE5    116            40 Nov 19  2001 SITE5 ->
/home/sites/site5/../../spool/mail/SITE5
lrwxrwxrwx   1 admin    home           39 Oct 31  2000 admin ->
/home/sites/home/../../spool/mail/admin
lrwxrwxrwx   1 auction  site6          42 Apr  2 12:03 auction ->
/home/sites/site6/../../spool/mail/auction
lrwxrwxrwx   1 from     home           38 Jul 24 15:53 from ->
/home/sites/home/../../spool/mail/from

lrwxrwxrwx   1 pkgmaste site2          44 Feb 24 20:49 pkgmaster ->

Most/all entries would be 'symbolic links' (line starts with lrwxrwxrwx)

If this is NOT the case, you need to contact support at once !
