Try this:

ftp://ftp.cobalt.com/pub/developer/Templates/

There is also the sample package and of course Slush-Barn.

You can also fetch OpenSSH from PKGmaster.com and use that package as a
reference. The nice part there is that it also includes elements of an
additional GUI elements from which you can enable and disable the service:

http://pkgmaster.com/packages/qube/3/

Another hint would be not to bother to use the RPM templates which SUN Cobalt
offers, as they are buggy. Just build your RPMs the regular way like you'd do
on any "normal" Linux box and then shove them into your PKG file.

With "msgunfmt" you can take the *.MO files apart and with "msgfmt -e
filename.po" you can create the *.MO file from the *.PO file.
