be very careful - removing re-attaching can permanently damage the board if you aren't really good and really careful :)

I haven't had an opportunity to look at my broken RaQ4r, but if I can find
the flash, I plan to remove it and reflash it with the contents of a flash
from a good RaQ4r, if that works, I'll make an extra one (providing I can
readily find spares) and send you one.
Of course you would have to find someone to remove / replace the one on
your board.
