[cobalt-developers] md5lst-files deleted

Getting weired about this POP-BEFORE-RELAYING-prob one Cobalt RaQ3,
I tried to uninstall 'RaQ3-en-System-4.0.7-9229.pkg' (POP Before SMTP Relaying 4.0.7) and 'RaQ3-All-Security-4.0.1-10628.pkg' (Poprelayd 2.0-5 Update 4.0.1) to have them reinstalled later.

But both were still on my 'Software on the Cobalt Server'-List so I decided to delete them by hand (rm) from the /var/lib/cobalt directory.

Now I'm unable to install these packages back because it says 'Package 9229, POP-Before-SMTP Relaying, is required' when I'm trying to install 'RaQ3-en-System-4.0.7-9229.pkg'.

Was it a fault to delete those files 'by hand'. Are there any possibility to fix it and to get the both packs installed?
