Make sure you have the update that moved /var/spool/mail to /home/spool/mail,
Check by doing an ls /home/spool mail, if you get a listing of your users
then you have that update.
Next look through the directories under /var/log/ and find all the .gz
files and move them off the server.
Then run
df -h
and see what the drive use looks like
