Looks like a problem with CCE. Without that the GUI is kinda buggered. Can you 
still connect by Telnet and/or SSH? 

You need shell access to fix the problem and a look at /var/log/messages might 
help to find the exact cause of the problem as a more detailed error message 
might be in there.
