Unfortunately this is how the RaQ operates, it maintains a central password/user list for the entire server, and so thats why your first user takes up that name, and further users must use different names.
It *MAY* be possible to simply add that user to domain2's group (we're talking linux groups here, not groups on the admin gui), but this would be done without the GUI, so everything for that user would be manually configured.
