simply forget about it - ok - it would have been fine if the "watchdog" of cobalts services would do something not "errorenous", but it does simply nothing and that's fine too, I'd vote.
in other words: this is just the "swatch" script checking the services being alive and running and if not taking counter-measures (restarting the service), I think it runs in cron.quarter-hourly and that's it.
