I suspect it means you have the AllowChmod directive somewhere in
/etc/proftpd.conf, but you're now running a version of ProFTPD which no
longer supports that directive. What version are you running? Do
"/usr/sbin/proftpd --v" to see. It suggested an alternate container <Limit>
in which you can set that configuration. See the following 2 URLs for
