Hi all,
after building PKGs for the RaQ3 and RaQ4 I finally need to build one for the
Qube 3. Nothing fancy with GUI enhancements for starters, just installing a
couple of RPMs the PKG way.
I fetched DTN-14.0.1.pdf and the DevGuide.pdf for the Qube 3 off the developer
network. I also downloaded the example PKG file (slush_barn) and looked at
all of that stuff closely. Bun now my head is kinda spinning. :o)
Anyone built PKGs for the Qube3 so far? I could use some very basic pointers
here. :o/
Like:
- Do I really need to rebuild my RPMs by using the Qube3 RPM template?
- Where do these .mo files in the PKG come from and what are they for?
- Are SRPMs no longer supported in the PKG format?
Thanks!
