Have you tried building it?  It's pretty easy...

If you download the SRC RPM, you can build it just by doing rpm
--rebuild RPMFILE.src.rpm  If you do it as root, you should find the
resulting RPM files in /usr/src/redhat/...

You may have to install a few dependencies first, but you can do the
same with these, just go to rpmfind.net (or your closes mirror) and
download the SRC rpms for those packages.

Also, if you check out the standard non-RPM source for MySQL, there are
instructions on how to build it there.  This may be easier, because it
won't have as many pre-set dependencies.
