Hi,

  What is the program name of the package add utility? When I want to add package manually, how do I do that? Instead of doing it from the web based utility...

   And also, does it check any dependencies, for example does it say samething like:
"You should install package 10200 before installing 11220!!"
and/or does it also say something like:
"You should reboot for changes take effect"
