Hi Michael,
I've recently updates our RaQ3i's qpopper release to qpopper4.0.4 and I
did the following which worked like a dream (and does appear faster):
./configure --enable-shy --with-pam=qpop --enable-log-login
make
cp popper/popper /usr/sbin/in.qpopper
(I did a copy of the original /usr/sbin/in.qpopper just in case before
the cp)
We don't use pop-before-smtp so don't know if this raises issues with
the popd daemon, which I suspect it might due to slight difference in
logs, and so the regex in the /usr/local/sbin/poprelayd might need to be
fixed.
