I have a JBoss running on my RAQ 4 and do not have any problems.
1) remove all the java stuff from the RAQ. you do not want to run for every
virtual site a tomcat.
2) install the IBM Java SDK ( proven to be faster on linux then sun JDK)
2.1) set java home
3) install jboss with catalina(tomcat)
4) install the warp connector mod_webapp. so upgrade glibc etc
5) change your tomcat-services file to use Mod_webapp warp connector instead
of Mod_jk
6) and up and runnning. with on your webserver vhosts and one jboss
instance.
