First of, it might be a better idea to post such questions to the cobalt-
users list. (http://list.cobalt.com/mailman/listinfo/cobalt-users/)
Have you thought of installing the webalizer package yourself?
It's not that hard, and I'm sure you'll work it out :)

And it's also quite important that you read the instructions on this page:
http://pkgmaster.com/packages/raq/4/
(for example that you only install it on machines with PHP 4.1.2 package).
