[cobalt-developers] creating non-majordomo mailing list aliases

I need to create an alias that forwards to 100 external addresses. I would
use majordomo, but my client does not want recipients to reply to the whole
list; in addition, this client does not want to simply use their email
client to create a group mailing list. I know that it is possible to edit
the alias file and have an alias point to another file with the list of
name/email pairs, but I am not 100% about the syntax and other config
details.
