All the missing files should be in

	/usr/include

Most are kernel header files, but there are a few libc headers
there as well. (If they _are_ there, then why does the compiler
not find them? Or are they missing altogether?)

You could compile on another "close enough to identical" machine,
or install the header files on that one. Make sure that header
file versions match kernel and libc versions, else you can get
subtle errors.
