One more thing I just noticed:

While the server was 'hung' and not allowing *any* connectoin
I see it still accepted email

I noticed this as I received email (finally, when it hangs it won't accept
email/send email)
emails were sent during the time I know for sure the server was 'hung'

I guess that's sort of a good sign that the server itself isn't messed up?

Also, one thing. The nameserver, which is in this example, www.domain.com
well, when I type it, it won't connect. I get the very standard 'cannot find
server error'
(This is when server is running)

But the ip works
And ALL other domains hosted by it and their ip's work

but NOT the nameserver's domain when I type it. Ever

Go figure...
