This didn't make it through the first time. Sorry if it comes through
twice.

For now, I'm going to put the data files in a sub of /home/bboard. After
reading a previous post by you mentioning that you use CMU to do backups, I
understand your reasoning of why you don't like this technique.
Because I'm sure there's a number of things that can be improved, I'm going
to release it using the "simple way" for now, and then as people try it, we
can hopefully produce a better solution.

I don't know, it just makes me a little paranoid. I guess as long as I
submit it to peer review, it should be OK.
My other concern is people's desire for instant gratification. It's one of
the cobalt's selling points. We'll have to discuss this in more detail once
we find the faults with the current implemenation.

For now, the header and footer will be editable by only someone with CLI
access to the server. We'll figure out the best solution, I'm sure it won't
take long.

I like phorum, it's simple, but you can add bells and whistles as needed.
This forum I'm publishing now is very lite duty and simplistic. It won't
compete with Phorum.
