It suffers the same anomoly as FrontPage extensions, the files are all owned
by the webserver when uploaded.  Therefore you can't use it AND ftp.  I
don't know if this has a ramifcation on quota usage.

It was only hard to install, because there were some gotcha's installing
Expat.  I'll dig up my info and post it somewhere, but it probably won't be
until this weekend.

Administering is purely manual at the moment.  You have to edit the virtual
site settings and put a location in.  http://<DOMAIN>/webroot is what I use
I think.
