[cobalt-developers] recipient(s) could not be reached

Can anyone help?

I have one catchall account set up on a domain on a Raq 4.

An exchange server picks up emails (via an ISDN line) from this account and
distributes it to the appropriate computers on the network. When emails are
sent the exchange server dials up connects to the server and send all
emails. This system works some of the time, but is very unreliable. Emails
are returned to the exchange server with an error message of:


> Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

>       Subject: Half hourly data
>       Sent: 25/02/02 16:16

> The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

>       'person@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx' on 25/02/02 2:16


I would be very grateful if anyone can think of any solutions to this
problem.
