Far better way:

1.  One virtual site which hosts ALL the domains
2.  Turn the rewrite engine off in httpd.conf
3.  Create a mysql database with domain_name and folder as the columns
4.  Create index.cgi script which reads the domain, looks it up in the mysql
database, and displays required page from folder.
5.  I can build this for you if you like
