It would depend on how/why it's stopped. In a "normal" Sun/Cobalt
installation, all virtual sites run out of the same configuration file,
at /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf. Presuming yours is a "normal" Sun/Cobalt
RaQ I'd want to ask how/why it's stopped first. If it's stopped because
you set it as disabled, all you need to do is remove the checkmark and
save the changes.
Otherwise I don't see why it would be "stopped". Is it a DNS issue?
Please be specific; if necessary give us the domain in question.
