[cobalt-developers] Intermittent Errors - Newbie Help Request

I am quite new to this although have been struggling on without
any real problems for a while.

I am now getting intermittent errors being reported from my
colo's port monitoring service

"Couldn't connect to www (80, tcp)"

I am also noticing that sites hosted on the raq4 are not being
found about 50% of the time.

Could somebody hold my hand a little or prod me in the right
direction to try and determine what the problem is, and how to
fix it.
