I can see the site fine with netscrape 4.78 fer vinders....but, when I
left click on the links for the raq4 phpadmin package....it no
download...just the dreaded machine language on the screen.

And, strickly from the disadvantage point of an older person.....the teeny
tiny type be real hard to read even with my saw bones approved
"magnifiers"
