[cobalt-developers] Admin email not forwarding

The admin account in the console has an option to forward email to another
account.  I set this to forward to another email account, shut down and
started
the mail server, but I didn't receive any forwarded email.  I don't want to
use a
POP account (clear text password for admin?) or Mail (not very user
friendly).
Anybody know how to get the forwarding to start working?
