PC133 is a superset, so use whatever you have that works.
There is a slight risk that the memory chip geometry may
not be supported but if the system boots and sizes memory
there is a really good chance you are fine.
The 512 MB restrction is from the North bridge. The ALI
hardware only goes up to 512 MB.
If you plug in 2 512 MB modules, it may be an interesting
experiment. I know you will not see 1 GB of memory. The
question is how much memory would be found, whether it will
fail, and would the failure be exciting :-).
