[cobalt-developers] Raq 3 won't install cobalt update 4.0

Hello, I noticed the all systems 4.0 released by cobalt won't install

this hurts me because I need to update my rpm and frankly, I don't know why
it would give errors, cobalt's web page said to have 2 files installed as a
prerequisite and I do have them installed

I get an error in the gui panel saying something about a 'bind' not
installing

Anybody ever get this and know of a fix?
