It looks fine as far as it goes (I've not followed it; just read it

But it ONLY works for systems that aren't always online, and have a
fixed IP# when they are online.

If what you're trying to do is be the only "published" mailserver for a
domain, yet have another system, somewhere, actually get the email with
ETRN, then you need that "mailertable" that Taco wrote about.

And if you want a system that isn't always online and only has dynamic
IP# (for example, a dialup system) to be able to get the email, then you
either need a complete rewrite of the ETRN spec <wry grin>, or to do
some interesting shenanigans on your RaQ.  I know how to do it
conceptually, but frankly it's not easy, and it's not secure, and I've
never actually done it.

If the system for which you're collecting mail is not always online, and
only has dynamic IP#, then that's what POP was written for <smile>.
