RE: [cobalt-developers] Need a PHP 4.1.0 pkg, bug for cobalts in old PHP

This was a bug that only effected compiling php on mips machines.  It
didn't effect any modern versions.

If this were a concern to you, you would already know it and have
applied the patch manually.
