You can to go the directory that contains the mailboxes (on my box it is
/var/spool/mail) and browse the users folders.  But I don't recommend it
unless you have a concern about a security issue or malfunction of the
machine.  If you are in the position of systems administrator you have a
certain ethical obligation to keep confidentiality.  For example, if you get
a bounced email to your admin account and it contains personal or otherwise
private information, you really need to just "not see" it and inform the
parties of the bounce.  Do you see what I mean?  I don't think you should
even consider doing this.
