This is a general policy question regarding the modification of free
third party software.
My issue is that I don't like my clients seeing some of the information
that neomail displays.
I don't mind giving people credit with links etc but language choice
should be drier for products with commercial applications.
specifically neomail has a default signature that says "neomail -
webmail that doesn't suck- as much"
And in the credits it says "All your webmail are belong to us." and
other tech humor
These are my justifications for wanting to modify it.
But say I just felt like changing a few things...
Either way what are the protocols and under the license agreement that
it is distributed under (what license is this) what am I allowed to do?
Thanks
Gareth
