+This looks like a really nice product. What's keeping me from
+evaluating it is that you don't get an unlimited time license; you can
+license it for six months, a year, or five years. I wouldn't want to go
+for five years; I'm not sure I'll even be on the RaQ platform in five
+years. Yet if I go one year there's no guarantee I can afford it next
+year; he writes on his website that there's no guarantee the prices will
+remain constant.
+
+There also doesn't seem to be any way of reaching them other than their
+website; there's no address listed, and the phone number is NOT being
+answered (it just rings).
+
+Generally I don't look at programs that cost hundreds of dollars where
+there's no one to reach <frown>.
+
+Does anyone know how to contact them other than by email?

Agreed. I look at the pricing page first. When I see whacko software
leasing/time licenses/per site deals/etc I'm
outta there and they don't get a bookmark.
This gettting more and more common. Someone starts a hosting operation, gets
to like the MRC (monthly recurring income),
doesn't like dealing with customers, creates hosting admin software or other
type of software useful to the hosting provider industry, wants to keep the
MRC income and prices SOFTWARE product on the MRC model.
No thanks. Give us a flat price per server. Charge for genuine upgrades with
new features but not for bug fixes. Sell support subscriptions. But don't
try to be my partner without paying 50% of my overhead.
