Check out the demo and/or trial of Auto Control Pro. We have its
predecessor (autosetup), and can setup domains in a fraction of the
time. It's recently been given a major overhaul and includes a great
client control panel where domain owners can manage password
protection, mysql, subdomains, submit their sites to the SE's, etc
etc. There's a built in support ticket system as well.
Richard's working on extending it even further to provide for the
creation of plans (size and features) on the fly.
