[cobalt-developers] false "quota exceeded"

Hello,

for the second time now I received a message for a certain user stating 

 ----- The following addresses had permanent fatal errors -----
<xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx>
(reason: can't create (user) output file)

   ----- Transcript of session follows -----
procmail: Quota exceeded while writing "/var/spool/mail/xxxxxxx"
550 5.0.0 <xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx>... Can't create output

from our Raq4.

This is simply not true, since I changed his quota after the first time that happened to 2Gig, he uses right now 
less than 400Meg.
The log says:

What can caus this?
