I definitely recommend NOT using Cobalts mailing lists, we use and install
for our clients mailman (http://www.list.org) It just plain works and
works well. There is a great web interface on it for both administers and
users as well. You will need to have python installed and know how to add
jobs to crontab. Other than that it is a snap. We have done literally
hundreds of installs on Cobalts for many clients.
