Martin,
In httpd.conf the ReWrite Engine is probably turned off, ReWrite rewrites
request for /admin and /siteadmin to port 81 (:81).
Check out /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf and look for mydomain.nl
See what ReWrite says.
