Kevin,

I had a client with a Raq 3 that used the CD to restore it to factory
specs, then
I used Arkeia to put back all the files. It kinda worked but he was also
ftp-ing stuff up there.
So, it kinda got a bit screwed up, but basically it did work and put the
userids and groups back
the way it was.

Since, arkeia is taking snapshots in time you can tell it to put the
files back the way it was or just
old files, leaving files with newer timestamps alone.
