[cobalt-developers] Error after installing JDK on my Qube3

Im a newbie working on a Cobalt Qube3 and installed the following
packages:
  
  Qube3-Java-Dev-Kit-1.3a.pkg
  Qube3-Java-Upgrade-1.3vml.pkg

But when I tried to access the browser URL
http://host.domain/  OR  http://host/domain:8080/ (for tomcat) I get
this error....

"Internal Server Error : The server encountered an internal error or
misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Your
administrator may not have enabled CGI access for this directory. "

This error persists despite the "Allow all users access" have been set
in the Web administration. What went wrong? Somebody please help!!!
